I always order the ones in the bottle in the first picture, but the ones I just ordered are top-notch with thick foam. Everything's great, I've inserted them into my sneakers, let's see how they perform.

Bought these to go in my new workboots as the ones i put in my old boots 12 months ago have flattened out these new ones are well made and the arch support piece is very strong and supportive and i can’t see how it’s ever going to lose its ability to give the support at first feel they seem over ridgid but once in your boots they are comfortable definitely more suited to people with more flatter feet and need of arch support for people with no need for such high arch support they maybe too supportive the size was good for size44 boots and there was no need to cut down to size even though it reads to 46 very happy with the product and there was no delivery time only one week was exceptional as well as stir communication my old pair were very good but cost me ten times the price of these

Size S fits 35~40, but size 35 is Korean size 225, and size 235 is too big for my feet. It needs to be cut smaller than size 35. Still, it supports the arch well and has strength. Recommended!

The sturdy frame supports the arch well. It seems like it would be comfortable even if you stand for a long time.
